Sydney Mason set to perform at Lee Chapel, Elizabeth Hall
DeLand, FL – The Stetson University School of Music will present the junior recital of violinist Sydney Mason on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be held at Lee Chapel in Elizabeth Hall, 421 N. Woodland Blvd., DeLand. Mason will collaborate with pianist Edit Palmer in her recital. The performance is free and open to the public. She will be performing works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholy. The concert will provide an evening of late Classical and early Romantic music.
A scholarship student at Stetson University, Sydney is working towards completing her Bachelor of Music degree in violin performance under the tutelage of Mrs. Routa Kroumovitch-Gomez. This recital will be given in partial fulfillment of that degree.
